Terms of Service

1) Social casino only; no real-money gambling

The Service is a social casino for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling. Virtual coins/credits/items (“Virtual Items”) have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash or anything of real-world value, and no cash-out is available. We do not award prizes of real-world value.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 20 years old in New Zealand (or the legal age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

3) Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for suspected misuse, fraud, or violations.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hate, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Buying/selling/transferring accounts or Virtual Items outside the Service.

5) Virtual Items; purchases; refunds

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. We may change, limit, or remove Virtual Items or features at any time. If offered, in-app purchases buy access to Virtual Items for entertainment only; they do not increase real-world value. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policies (e.g., Apple/Google). Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, and trademarks, is owned by NZ Online Gaming Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

7) Copyright takedown notice

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright under the Copyright Act 1994 (New Zealand), send a written takedown notice to: Copyright Agent, NZ Online Gaming Limited, Level 2, 12 Hood Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand, email support@nzonlinegaming.com. Include: your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, and a signed statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We may terminate repeat infringers.

8) Disclaimers; limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES ANY GUARANTEES, RIGHTS, OR REMEDIES THAT APPLY TO YOU UNDER THE CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993 OR THE FAIR TRADING ACT 1986 (NEW ZEALAND) WHERE THOSE ACTS APPLY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NZ ONLINE GAMING LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

9) Dispute resolution; governing law

Contact us first to resolve issues informally. If not resolved, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, and the Privacy Act 2020. Eligible low-value consumer disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand; otherwise, you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
